From an early age I understood that cooking was never going to be a job, it’s a passion.

A passion for adventure, for travel, and for people: this is why I became a chef. I became a chef because I am from Brittany; a region in which we are raised in the wake of great captains who have returned from all the ends of the world. I became a chef because I love houses that are full of life, of wafting smells, of good friends.
